Most of this class revolved around Multisim, an electronic and circuit design simulation software. Multisim was constantly used throughout the course to design, create, and test circuits and logic expressions. All projects involving logic incorporated Multisim as a major step.
Boolean Algebra and K-mapping
Boolean Algebra and K-mapping
Boolean Algebra deals with simplifying logical values with binary variables for logic expressions. It was used in digital electronics to simplify logic and make creating a circuit easier. K-mapping, or the Karnaugh map, was another way to simplify logic and reduce extensive calculations by simplifying logic on a grid chart through patterns.
